Cilj projekta

Cilj projekta je razvijanje relevantnih i visokokvalitetnih vještina i kompetencija, što uključuje proširenje i razvijanje kompetencija odgojitelja i promicanje stjecanja vještina i kompetencija.

Kulturalne razlike

Obitelji i obrazovne ustanove često dolaze iz različitih kultura, te su djeca zbog toga izložena dvostrukim normama, ponašanjima i
načinima komuniciranja.

Kulturalne razlike između obitelji i obrazovnih ustanova, iako nama logične i očekivane, djeca teško razumiju. To je posebno prepoznatljivo pri prelasku u novu okolinu. Mala djeca doživljavaju mnoge prijelaze, međutim jedan od najznačajnijih prijelaza  je prijelaz između predškolskog i osnovnoškolskog sustava.

Stoga je zadatak ranog i predškolskog odgoja osiguravanje  visokokvalitetnog okruženja za djecu i njihove obitelji.

Cultural differences

Families and educational institutions often come from different cultures, and children are therefore exposed to double standards, behaviors, and ways of communicating.

Cultural differences between families and educational institutions, though logical and expected, are difficult for children to understand. This is especially recognizable when moving to a new environment. Small children experience many transitions, but one of the most significant crossings is the transition between preschool and
primary school systems.

Therefore, the task of early and pre-school education is to ensure a high-quality environment for childrenand their families.

Inicijalni trening

Europska komisija (2014.) utvrdila je važnost inicijalnog treninga i naknadnog stručnog usavršavanja u pridonošenju razvoju profesionalnih kompetencija radne snage ranog predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja i doprinoseći ukupnoj kvaliteti ranog predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja. Nije utvrđena razina znanja, vještina i stavova koju odgojitelji trebaju imati kako bi se ostvario pozitivan prijelaz iz vrtića  u osnovnu školu.

Initial Training

The European Commission (2014) identified the importance of initial training and subsequent vocational training in contributing to the development of professional competencies of the labor force of early pre-school education and contributing to the overall quality of early pre-school education. There is no established level of knowledge, skills and attitudes that teachers need to have in order to achieve a positive transition from kindergarten to elementary school.

Razumijevanje kompetencije

Ovaj projekt će unaprijediti i proširiti razumijevanje kompetencija i prakse potrebne za prijelaz iz vrtića u osnovne škole, a istovremeno stvaranje inovativnog profesionalnog razvoja za podršku radne snage ranog i predškolskog odgoja u razvijanju profesionalnih kompetencija. Projekt će pridonijeti razumijevanju dječjih gledišta o prijelazu iz vrtića u osnovnu školu, kao i njihovog znanja, vještina i stavova prema ovoj važnoj tranziciji. Projekt se usredotočuje na tranzicijsku praksu u pet europskih zemalja (Hrvatska, Island, Irska, Poljska i Švedska). Sudjelovanjem ovih zemalja rezoniramo prijelaz s različitih aspekata ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja, istodobno nudeći jednake mogućnosti bez obzira na društvene prilike i individualne potrebe.

Understanding of the competencies

This project will enhance and expand the understanding of the competencies and practices needed for transition from kindergarten to elementary school while at the same time creating innovative professional development to support early and pre-school workforce in developing professional competencies. The project will contribute to the understanding of children's views on transition from kindergarten to elementary school as well as their knowledge, skills and attitudes towards this important transition. The project focuses on transitional practices in five European countries (Croatia, Iceland, Ireland, Poland and Sweden). By participating in these countries, we reshape the transition from different aspects of early and pre-school education, while offering equal opportunities regardless of social circumstances and individual needs.

Trajanje projekta

Projekt je započeo 1.10.2018. godine i trajat će 24 mjeseca, odnosno do 30.09.2020.godine.

Project duration

The project started on 1.10.2018. and will last 24 months, until 30.09.2020.
